What: Le Chat Noir Design Hotel

Where: Paris, France

How much does that cost: From €99,- p/n instead of €146,- p/n

What do you get: Stay in a Design room including breakfast

And furthermore: Any hotel with the word ‘cat’ in it immediately has my preference, you understand that. This hotel is a former theater and is located at the foot of Montmartre and just a short distance from the Moulin Rouge. I don't need to tell you more reasons to go to Paris, but what can help is knowing that this hotel offers great service, has a delicious breakfast buffet, and that the rooms are spacious and beautiful.

What: Lindner Hotel & City Lounge

Where: Antwerp, Belgium

How much does that cost: From €98,- p/n instead of €175,- p/n

What do you get: Stay in a Business Class room including breakfast, welcome drink upon arrival.

And furthermore: Antwerp is May's favorite, who has been zooming there regularly. But she didn't stay in this hotel and you can. Ha! She did write down her ideal day plan and you can read it here. All the more reason to quickly head south.

What: Van Heeckeren Hotel Ameland

Where: Nes, Ameland, Netherlands

How much does that cost: From €49,- p/n instead of €145,- p/n

What do you get: Stay in a “Fantastic room,” including breakfast, a tasting of Nobeltje liqueur at Grandcafé Van Heeckeren, a bike map of Ameland, free parking.

And furthermore: Ameland may not sound very glamorous, but it is a lovely island with beautiful nature – and that can be quite nice sometimes. Blowing off steam on the beach and such. And of course cycling, because we are still Dutch.
