HEALTHY BREAKFAST RECIPES

by Sanny

Because we hear from all sides that we should eat less bread, I try to have a more varied breakfast. But I find that there aren't that many tasty and healthy breakfasts around, for example, I absolutely do not like oatmeal. Although my favorite spelt sandwich with peanut butter still comes by regularly, I have also become crazy about the following three breakfasts.

Breakfasting with quinoa gives you an immediate nice power boost. I cook quinoa at the beginning of the week for a few days, which saves time in the morning.

Nodig:

– 5 tbsp cooked quinoa

– 1 pear chopped

– some raisins

– walnuts

– a teaspoon of cinnamon

– some organic honey

Super delicious!

A fried egg with a few handfuls of sautéed spinach and mushrooms. And 1 tomato sliced and fried.

Let a small cup of coconut milk soak overnight with 2 tsp chia seeds and mix that the next day, layer by layer.

Nodig:

– nuts

– fresh fruit like passion fruit, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries

– muesli/ amaranth

– optionally some goat or coconut yogurt.
