THIS IS HOW YOU MAKE THE CUTEST VASES

–Just, from things you have at home-

Actually, I've never bought vases in my life. I think it's a waste of my money. Yes, okay, I've bought those large glass vases, but not those small things where you only put one flower in. I always find those single flowers very cozy. If I get such a standard boring bouquet, I always split it up into all small vases and make the living room, bedroom, toilet, and kitchen cozier.

Wine bottles
Empty wine bottles you can easily turn into nice vases or candle holders. Just simple, without doing anything to them. What I've also done is give the wine bottles a color with a spray can and then scratch something into them. Sounds complicated, but it's not. You buy a spray can, place the wine bottles on a patch of grass, give them a color, and wait patiently until they are dry and hardened. Then you scratch a nice word or symbol into them with a knife or key. It always goes well at housewarmings.

Light bulbs
I have the vases from Serax, which are inverted light bulbs. You can easily make them yourself, only the downside is that they can't stand. Real light bulbs are not flat. But. If your light bulb is broken, don't throw it away. Carefully remove the inner workings and then make two holes in the silver rim. Thread a wire through, hang it up, and you have a hanging vase. Just as nice.

Eau des Sens Eau de Toilette
Jet and I have both had a candle from Eau des Sens Eau de Toilette home and are slightly sad when it's finished. It's both a shame for the scent and a waste, because they are indeed pricey. Don't worry, Jet has given me the solution. Melt or cut out the inner workings and then you can use it as a pen holder or a holder for your toothbrush. Looks chic and gives the candle a second life. And with a bit of luck, that toothbrush will smell like Diptyque instead of ditch water.

Old tins
Old-fashioned tomato tins and olive cans look very cozy in the kitchen. Therefore, it's actually a shame to throw them away. Hop. Just clean them (no dishwasher, because then the label will come off, unless they are really old-fashioned tins) and you can display your kitchen utensils in them.

Perfume bottles
You can also give a second life to your Chanel scent, Dior or Sisley . Just remove the cap, rinse it out, and put a flower in it. Smells twice as nice.
