I have seen many shows this fashion month and for me, one of the highlights was that after the finale at Tommy Hilfiger all the models walked into the pool, which was specially built for the show. Tommy had chosen Gigi (who is actually named Jelena Noura Hadid) to lead the finale and I understand why. My goodness, such a bundle of sensuality (I seriously typed ‘sensuality’), it almost makes a person lesbian.

Gigi has it all. The mother, the stepfather, the ex-stepsisters. Just read along.

1. Gigi has a Dutch mother. The Rotterdam-raised Yolanda Foster now mainly resides in Los Angeles with her husband David Foster, who has quite a comfortable financial position.

2. Sister Bella is training for the Olympics. She is a very talented equestrian.

3. Brother Anwar has just started a modeling career as well. He at least has his PR on his side.

4. Gigi was also a sporty spice (hence the body) and was even the captain of the volleyball team at Malibu High School.

5. Gigi's mother, ‘our’ Yolanda, has been suffering from Lyme disease for a long time, which has taken quite a toll on her. She travels the world looking for a cure. Yesterday, she mentioned during the Global Lyme Alliance Gala that Anwar and Bella also have Lyme disease.

6. Gigi's stepfather is David Foster, a celebrated music producer. He wrote, for example, ‘I have nothing’ which you know from The Bodyguard. And as I mentioned, he is quite well off.

Foster her ex-stepfather. So Gigi and Kendall are step-sisters-in-law. Kind of.

8. By the way, Yolanda Foster has a separate Instagram account for her refrigerator. The wet dream of every housekeeper, as organized as it is. The refrigerator has 15,000 followers.

11. Another fun fact; Gigi has two ‘real’ stepsisters. The daughters of David Foster and they have a reality show with the quite brilliant title Barely Famous.
