So you happily jump through your vacation

With a schedule!

You can choose to do absolutely nothing in terms of sports while on vacation. More than logical. Well, the laps you swim in the pool or the walk to that nice little bar is already quite an effort, don't you think? Also completely justified. Now, I wouldn't be Jet if I didn't take my Nikes with me to Italy. But I'm just as much Jet if I only wear those sneakers three times in three weeks. That's also true. The feeling of having them with you is already nice. But honestly, the kilos of pasta arrabiata that I'm probably going to eat taste just a bit better if I've jogged a round in the morning. So what I like about vacations is that you never have hangovers (at least I don't), not even after 2 liters of scroppino, so I easily run a kilometer or three early in the morning. Or am I the only (crazy) one who enjoys this?

What you can also do, and what costs much less hassle and time (I'm not trying to get you to exercise during your vacation, ahem) is to toss a jump rope in your suitcase. You don't need sports shoes or a workout outfit for that, it can even be done in your bikini. Well, if your titties like that at least.

Imagine you're going on vacation for 2 weeks, then a fun little schedule for you. It really doesn't take longer than a quarter of an hour a day of your vacation. Look, I'm not saying you'll suddenly get a mega killer body from this, but just know that your body will find this incredibly pleasant. And seriously, an affogato (espresso with vanilla ice cream) every evening? You won't notice a thing. I promise you.

WEEK 1:

30 seconds of jumping

30 seconds of rest

30 seconds of jumping

30 seconds of rest

Repeat these sets 10 times, so in total you'll be busy for 10 minutes. Peanuts, right?

Week 2:

50 seconds of jumping

30 seconds of rest

50 seconds of jumping

30 seconds of rest

Repeat these sets 10 times, so in total you'll be busy for 15 minutes. Voilà, bon appétit!

Of course, you can also give it your own twist, but don't do it too long all at once, you'll just end up with terrible muscle pain. Build it up slowly and oh yes, drink plenty of water afterwards. And... if you're at it, finish it off with 10 minutes of laps in the pool. #proud
