Just roll them and you have a healthy ball

So I am a huge fan of healthy balls. They can be made from coconut, nuts, chocolate, and dates (I'll give you the recipe later, of course). I also sometimes take them with me when I visit someone. Just as a little gift or if the flower shop is already closed, but it's also handy that you can politely decline the cake (if you don't feel like it) because you can take a delicious healthy ball with you.

I almost always have them at home because you can easily make these balls yourself. I also sometimes buy a few as a stock. Almost every juice bar has them on the counter. There are so many variations, but I will share a few favorites with you. It's really a treat, a perfect snack, and ideal just before or after you go exercising. Actually, anytime. You could easily eat about three without feeling guilty, but believe me: after one, you are already satisfied.

250 grams of pitted dates (make sure they are really good large soft ones, you can often buy them at the greengrocer)

200 grams of walnuts

75 ml of coconut oil

2 tablespoons of raw cocoa

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

coconut flakes so it looks a bit nice too

Put everything except the coconut flakes in a blender and mix it into a sticky mixture. Then put the batter in a bowl and roll small balls from it. Sprinkle some coconut flakes on a counter or your countertop and roll them through it again. Place the balls in the fridge for an hour and then they are ready. After that, you can also store them (covered) in the fridge.

For this recipe, I peeked at Daisy from I Love Health. These balls taste like cookie dough and admit it: that's just crazy. Mega delicious. How you make it is really easypeasy.

75 grams of raw cashews

100 grams of large soft dates (that's about 4 pieces)

20 grams of dark chocolate, preferably at least 70% cocoa

Put the cashews in a food processor and blend until coarse pieces. Then add the dates and grind everything again coarsely/finely (just not completely fine, keep it a bit in small pieces).

Put the mixture in a bowl and add small chopped pieces of chocolate. Knead everything together with your hands and then make balls from it. Put them in the fridge if you want them to be a bit harder in texture, but if you can't wait, just eat them, I would say.

150 grams of pitted medjool dates

100 grams of oats

2 tablespoons of peanut butter (from the organic store)

40 grams of unsalted peanuts

50 ml water

Simple: mix everything in the blender until a whole. If you find it too sticky, add some more oats, and if it's too dry, add some water, but that's logical. Roll into large marble-sized balls and you're done.  So I am a huge fan of healthy balls. They can be made from coconut, nuts, chocolate, and dates (I'll give you the recipe later, of course). I also sometimes take them with me….
