I travel quite a bit but my last vacation was already ten months ago. Time for something with a plane, sun, and fun. After a long search, I ended up at good old Ibiza. Not incredibly original, but you have the most beautiful houses (with wifi), beach bars where you can order pitchers of daiquiri and where you are of course also served on the beach. Here, the beach vendors have nice gear (I always give in to a lace bikini, another pareo, or a nice piece of jewelry) and the weather is, oa little cloud on the left and a breeze on the right, ideal.

Anyway, Ibiza then. To really not have to do anything, Jet and I thought it was a good idea to turn on my out of office. With a nice message because usually those out-of-office assistants are so boring. Jet looked up YouTube how to set up such an out of office again, and we got to work diligently.

Long story short, apparently we didn't have the right video because everyone I had emailed in the past six months received my cheerful ‘Until May 7th, I am on a sunny island with an empty head and a full glass’ unsolicited. From the teacher of group two to the director of Sanoma (Hoh Peter! Sorry Peter). I went on vacation and the world knew it. Thanks to our technical support team, the problem was quickly solved and Jet poured a comforting glass of wine. The vacation had begun.

The nice thing about Ibiza is that you have wifi everywhere. I may not be working, my Instagram addiction doesn't stop at the border and I also like to press the Google Analytics app to see how many nice visitors we have again on Amayzine.com.

Wifi was available, but my phone refused to open a number of apps. The 7 minutes workout and, right, Instagram. Nice and quiet, Jet texted. You would think so, but I wasn't that far along in my withdrawal stage. Called for help from the technical back office again. Breathe in, breathe out, it will all be fine, said calm Robbin to me.

And so it happened. Everything worked, the sun broke through and my first strawberry daiquiri is on its way. My out of office may not have been set up completely smoothly, but the content has completely come true. Cheers.
