As you all know, this is HNTM finalist Rachel Swaab. Even though she finished in second place, we are huge fans of Rachel and we think she is beautiful! Rachel is 23 years old, lives in Amsterdam, and in her free time, she practices yoga and Pilates. Besides being a model, she is also a lifestyle blogger, how fun is that! • How many bags do you have?

‘In total, I have about 25 bags. Is that a lot? Unfortunately, there are no designers among them. Right now, I can only dream about that. Who knows, if I look at my boyfriend sweetly, or land a big modeling job!’

• What is the story behind this bag? Where, when, and how?

‘I often wear dark colors like black, navy blue, and gray. I was looking for a bag that is NOT in that color. But because I naturally walked into a store where I actually didn’t need anything, I came across this bag. A black pouch bag with silver studs from Mango.’

• How do you handle your bag? Are you careful with it or do you throw it in a corner?

‘I like to keep my bags neat, but like every woman, it can easily sit in a corner on the floor for a week. Luckily, this bag can take a beating!’

• What about the contents? Is it a mess or is everything neatly organized?

‘Because it’s a pouch bag, it fortunately doesn’t have multiple pockets. And I’m glad about that because I can never find anything in my bag. However, it does have a side pocket where I can put my important items, like my phone and keys. It’s quite a mess in this bag.‘

• What do you always carry in your bag?

‘I always have my wallet, phone, lipstick, brush, my keys, and a bottle of water in my bag.’

• And what can you as a model and blogger really not forget when you leave the house?

‘As a model and blogger, I always take a notepad with me. This way, I can always write down fun and newly discovered places the old school way. If my phone happens to be dead, I always have this on hand.’

• What do you think are the perfect qualities of a bag?

”I think the bag should practically have one side pocket for important items. It should also close well, with a zipper or straps. And the bag should be easy to carry.’

• And lastly, is there another one on your wishlist? Which one?

‘The Chanel Jumbo, which goes with every outfit, whether tough or elegant.’
