And further: This 17th-century castle is located in the heart of the Ardennes. It has recently been completely renovated and restored and now serves as a luxury four-star hotel. There are 29 rooms, a delightful restaurant, a large terrace, and stunning rooms.

What you get: Stay in a deluxe country house room, breakfast buffet, welcome drink upon arrival, free parking, wifi
And further: This is one of the most beautiful and unique hotels in the Netherlands. I grew up nearby and often cycled past it with my mouth open. Ridiculously expensive, but not anymore! You're close to the beach, near Haarlem, really, take my word for it; you want to have slept here once.
