THE SEX COEFFICIENT

Last week in the meeting, we talked (thanks to May) about a calculation with which you can calculate your “slut factor.” Now I really find slut a particularly unkind and woman-unfriendly word, so we renamed it to “the sex coefficient,” and that sounds a lot friendlier already.

The calculation goes as follows. Oh, and by the way, what you should do with the number that comes out, I have no idea, but it's fun Friday afternoon entertainment. For clarity, we will use a fictional person to do the calculation. And her name isssss: Manon. Manon is 28 years old, has had two Serious Relationships (a SR is a relationship that lasts longer than six months, and both of Manon's lasted exactly a year), has shared a bed with 25 men, and was deflowered at the age of 15.

Step 1

Take the number of bed partners (25).

Step 2

Subtract the number of people with whom you have had a long relationship from this (Manon had 2, so 25 - 2 = 23).

Step 3

Take the number of years you have been sexually active, and subtract the number of years of the SR from this. So, Manon, who is 28, was deflowered at 15, so that makes 13 sexually active years, but minus the two relationship years, we end up with 11.

Step 4

Now divide the number of bed partners (23) by the number of sexually active years (11) and you get 2.09.

Tadaaaaa! Well, now it's your turn. Good luck!
