The best bikini

As I type this, I am lying on a divine bed by an infinity pool in Ibiza. Soon I will move to the beach, so I am already thinking about which bikini can come with me.

It's actually quite strange, that beach. You lie among complete strangers or, as here in Ibiza, among neighbors, friends, and colleagues. Normally, you are dressed much more modestly than those three little pieces that now cover our noble parts.

That's why a good bikini is key. You want it to be less sexy than your lingerie, and it should be concealing (think hips and belly) and revealing (think breasts). Marlies Dekkers did a lot of fieldwork by visiting as many beaches in the world as possible. Yes indeed, she really has a tough job.

With her knowledge of our bodies and the beach knowledge she gained, she created a wonderful swimwear collection. One is very glamorous, the other a bit more hippie. I think for this holiday I will go for the Holi Hippie (inspired by the Holi festival in India), then the Glamourette can come with me to Saint Tropez this summer.
