A SLA smoothie (not made of lettuce, but from the book)
Unfortunately, I wasn't at the launch of the book SLA, because I was somewhere at sea paddleboarding on a surfboard (not unpleasant either), but luckily there was a lovely fresh copy on my desk when I was back on land. The book is full of recipes for salads. That's great because I can sometimes use some inspiration; buffalo mozzarella, tomato, and avocado or salmon and wakame can get boring after a while. Besides salads, there are also super duper healthy raw vegan cakes in the book and juices and smoothies. And I do like to turn on my blender in the morning to make a juice. I'll give you a little peek into the book. After that, you can of course just buy it yourself, because this is incredibly a #tipvanjet.
