THE RECIPE TO WIN A MAN

Here it is: my now-famous spaghetti vongole. With this dish, I have won over my husband Sergio Herman. Well, I think it helped a bit. The kids love it too and we enjoy eating this with love.

I'll give you the recipe and... good luck, okay?.

Ingredients

– 300 g brown rice or spelt spaghetti

– olive oil

– onion, chopped

– 4 cloves of garlic, chopped

– red chili pepper, sliced (spicy version)

– 15 cherry tomatoes, halved

– pepper and salt

– 500 g vongole

– splash of white wine

– parsley, chopped

– 1 lemon

Preparation

Cook the spaghetti al dente in water with a pinch of salt and a splash of olive oil. Follow the cooking time on the package. Meanwhile, heat some olive oil in a deep frying pan and sauté the onion, garlic, chili pepper, and tomatoes. Season with pepper and salt. Add the clams and shake well until they open. Deglaze with the white wine and let it reduce a bit. Squeeze the lemon over the clams. Divide the spaghetti and clams onto the plates. Finish with parsley and a drizzle of olive oil.

Tip: For a less spicy version, remove the seeds from the chili pepper and chop the chili peppers finely.
