TIP FROM ELLEMIEKE

I live as healthily as possible: I follow the 80/20 rule. This means 80 percent healthy and 20 percent everything that is unhealthy. Often, Sunday is our Sunday fat-day! Then we eat fries or pizza and in the evening my husband and I like to watch a series or movie with a lovely glass of red and delicious French cheeses.

When I'm alone with the boys on Sunday, we turn it into a pirate picnic, which means we eat our fries on the ground :-).

You have to enjoy, that is very important. Especially for your stress level; did you know that you gain weight from stress?

If you have a lot of stress, your body produces the hormone cortisol, which is also known as the stress hormone. This hormone stores fat in your body, usually around our belly.

Soooooo, try to enjoy as much as possible, enjoy that 20% for 100%!
