Suddenly everyone is talking about

the thigh brow

Not too long ago we were introduced to the much-discussed phenomenon of the thigh gap. In good Dutch called the bridge gap. That is a space that some women have between their legs when they stand up straight and it is often seen as a thinness indicator. I find it terribly wrong, because if you don’t have one, it doesn’t mean you’re fat. It might also mean that you have narrow hips and your legs are close together.

There is a new trend in the we-are-a-bit-obsessed-with-our-bodies-land and that is the thigh brow. Call it the counterpart of the thigh gap. It is the crease that appears when you are sitting on your knees, right under your bikini line, I should say. Thanks to rounder types like Kim Kardashian and Gigi Hadid, the thigh crease has become ‘a thing’ that is gradually being hashtagged. You say it’s nonsense? Certainly. But it’s a lot better than the thin celebration, right?

The things everyone is suddenly talking about

the thigh brow

Not too long ago we were introduced to the newest phenomenon called the thigh gap. It’s the space that some women have in between their legs when they stand up straight and some people refer to it as the skinny indicator. Terribly misguided is how I see it, because if you don’t have one, it doesn’t mean you’re fat. It might mean that you have small hips and that your legs are closer together.

In comes the newest trend in the we’re-just-a-tad-obsessed-with-our-bodies-world and it is called the thigh brow. Think of it as the thigh gap’s counterpart. It’s the crease that shows up when you’re seated on your knees, right under your bikini line. Thanks to curvier girls like Kim Kardashian and Gigi Hadid the thigh crease has become ‘a thing’ in the world of hyped up hashtags. Absurd is probably what you’re thinking. Agreed. But at least it’s better than promoting skinny mini’s, right?
