What can I take in my hand luggage
If I only go away for a few days, to the sun for example, I always try to travel with just hand luggage. It saves endless waiting at that belt, because hey, you can just walk straight to the bus or taxi. It does require some fitting and measuring at home, because of course I want to take much more than fits. Usually, I just wear a lot of it, which helps. So I wear my heaviest shoes, my long pants, some sweaters, and I put on a little hat. Before I go on vacation, I also always have to do some necessary shopping first, because of course I have nothing nice hanging in my closet and the necessary creams are also bought. I transfer all liquids into smaller pumps and tubes that can pass through customs, and I always buy my favorite sunscreen and aftersun from Biotherm at the airport.
