5 X SHOPSPOTS IN MAASTRICHT

May-Britt and I zoomed to Maastricht in the Renault Mégane this week in 2.5 hours. To help me get over my (yes, still) fear of shifting gears, to shop AND for something else that you will hear about on Monday.

Shifting went fine, by the way, until we got stuck in a mini traffic jam and the car stalled three times in a row. I pulled the car over to the side and immediately got out to switch places with May. She knows how to handle the beast much better. But that's beside the point. I find shopping more important to talk about, because man, you can really blow your entire salary there. I'll tell you about our favorite stores. But do keep in mind: bring your wallet.

AIM

This store sells three labels, namely: See by Chloé, Marc Jacobs, and Patrizia Pepe. For the most beautiful wool sweaters and winter dresses, I can't get enough of this place. May bought a really nice keychain for her bag at AIM.

Style

Scandinavia all over. This is the favorite store of our Amayzine friend Carolien.

Nina’s Boutique

For a good pair of jeans or a nice biker jacket, Nina’s is great. They sell some of the tougher brands like: Denham, Drykorn, Goosecraft, Hunkydory, By Malene Birger, Catwalk Junkie, and Citizens of Humanity.

La Neuvième Paris

Are you an Acne, Avelon, or Rika girl? Then you will go crazy in this store. The smell when you walk in is already amazing. It's like stepping into Skins Cosmetics. Here I scored a very nice gold necklace.

Stylesuite

Here you can go all out on Equipment, Theory, Helmut Lang, Kenzo, The Kooples, and Love Moschino. I told you: bring your wallet.
