From lukewarm to ice cold wine
Did you just buy a wonderful bottle of wine, but did your guests arrive before you could cool it? Don’t panic! Wrap a paper towel around the bottle. Make it wet and then put the bottle in your freezer for ten minutes. Tadaaa, the wine can be served cold.
Get fruit to be ripe quicker
Very simple: but your banana next to the (still unripe) fruit and it’ll be ripe the following day.
Never over boil your pans
Place a wooden spoon on top of the pan (from one end to the other) and it’ll never over boil. Easy, right?

Quick way to make ice cubes
Probably the last thing you’d think of, but pour boiled water into an ice cube tray. This freezes quicker than when you do it with cold water. I swear!
Are the eggs still fresh-check
Want to know if your eggs are still fresh? This is how to do it: put your egg into a glass of water. Does it sink? It’s still fresh. Does it float? That means there’s too much air inside of it so it’s no longer fresh.
