7 HEALTHY PRODUCTS THAT LAST A LONG TIME

I am a fan of a well-stocked pantry. Then you don't always have to rush through the store after work to buy dinner. You're tired, you're hungry, and you have no idea what you want to make. You wander through the store, throw some things in your cart to whip something up, and add some snacks. Then you snack away while cooking and you're no longer hungry by the time you finally sit at the table. Recognizable? Yes. Solution? Get healthy products at home that last a long time so you can always make something delicious.

1. Eggs. A farmer's omelet is always a good idea when you have no idea what to cook.

2. Pumpkin. Delicious roasted from the oven or in soup. Sweet potato works too, of course.

3. Stock up on some canned goods. Tomatoes, beans, lentils. Super long-lasting and very easy to use in the kitchen. To make a pasta sauce or for a salad, for example.

4. Also think about brown rice, quinoa, and spelt.

5. Use your freezer. Peas, pumpkin, spinach, fruit, bread… Buy everything for that freezer when you do your big grocery shopping.

6. Fresh herbs. They also look nice in the kitchen and instantly elevate your dish. For the eye and for the taste.

7. Oh yes, and a bottle of wine is of course always a good idea.
