TRULY FROM WITHIN

Yesterday I went to the Velthuis clinic for my semi-annual fruit acid peel. Now I hadn't been there for two years, but in principle, I try to get into the chair with Annelijn, the skin expert, twice a year. With creams, you can improve the condition of your skin and counteract the aging process, but what is just as important is to stay out of the sun and eat the right things.

We all know (right? right?) that the sun is bad for your skin (so is the tanning bed, I know you don't want to hear this) and that smoking and too many Pinot Grigios won't bring out the perfect peachy skin either.

That's why I strongly believe in beauty from within. Like Yana, a drink that is overflowing with vitamin C, peptides, hyaluronic acid, and all sorts of other magical ingredients that shrink your pores, reduce your wrinkles, and make your skin glow. Two extra bonus points: it tastes good and has 0 calories.

What more could a person want? Well, an unlimited shopping credit at Net-A-Porter and a pill that allows me to eat chocolate without gaining weight, but other than that… This is perfect.
