EVERY MOMENT HAS ITS OWN COFFEE MACHINE
Arriving first at the office (something that rarely happens to me, but that's beside the point) and then making my own cup of coffee. Or for that other early-bird colleague and then going over the day (or the evening of yesterday). We do that of course customized, because everyone has their own preferences (hence the variety of Senseo pads we have). Also handy in case you need something stronger (especially if you've gotten up so early). Anyway.
The fun thing about our Senseo machine is that you can easily use it for one or two cups with your familiar pads, but if you expect a large group of friends (or colleagues) and feel like chatting more than spending an hour in the kitchen grinding your beans and hanging around like a barista, you can smoothly switch it to a filter coffee machine.
“And how cozy is such a good old mug of filter coffee.”
Filter coffee is actually making a massive comeback. I swear. I used to drink it only when I was ordered by my daughter's kindergarten teacher to help out in the classroom for an hour, suddenly I get filter coffee served by all my trendy friends. Brewing a personalized cup is still fun, but sometimes just a bit too time-consuming.
I will let the perfect bean be ground so that it remains a special cup, but really, this saves you hours in the week. And how cozy is such a good old mug of filter coffee?
For me, it's the perfect invention especially on a day when we have a shoot in our studio. That hour where I am still wonderfully alone, I make a single cup tailored for myself, but just before the thirsty types come crashing in (photographer, makeup artist, hair stylist, stylist, and assistants) I brew a whole pot. Everyone can get to work right away. Just take a look at the video to see how it goes on such a day with us.
