May took it with her to Capri and Jet packed it last week for Nice: the trolley. And only a trolley. Vacationing with just your hand luggage, we managed it. So you will succeed too. I will give you tips so that hopefully you will never have excess baggage again and never have to struggle with your suitcase.
Where you used to be able to check in a suitcase with every airline, that is no longer the case. It is becoming increasingly common for tickets to be sold without checked baggage, and now we can either complain about it or check in an extra suitcase, but we can also give it a positive packing twist. Because let's be honest: we all know a big suitcase full of clothes where half of it returns home unworn after the vacation.
Traveling with a small suitcase doesn't just mean you can take less. It mainly means thinking carefully about the contents of your suitcase. First of all, it's nice to choose lightweight fabrics like silk. Lay out different outfits and try to combine your favorite items in different ways. You can definitely wear a pair of shorts or a skirt twice. The same goes for shoes and accessories. Important during packing is not to repeat yourself. Two pairs of black shoes are really unnecessary. Besides the question of ‘what do I take with me?’, it's important how you take it. To make optimal use of space, you can choose packing cubes, vacuum bags, and of course travel-sized containers to transport your favorite skin and hair products. And last but not least: wear layers during the flight. That might be a bit of cheating, but this way you can still take those extra items that no longer fit in the trolley!

If you choose a suit, you immediately have three outfits ready. You can wear the entire suit for a day AND you can style two nice looks with the separate items. Furthermore, scarves always do well. You can wear them nicely in your hair at the beach or in the evening during dinner.
