HOW TO FIND THE PERFECT JEANS

With figure tips

Jeans are always a good idea. Because where it used to be the skinny and straight jeans that made all fashion hearts beat faster, it is now increasingly the loose fit and boyfriend jeans. And let's not forget the flared jeans, which are making a great comeback. Anyway, whatever model is your favorite: a good pair of jeans is a true must-have for everyone.

However, finding that perfect pair of jeans can sometimes be a challenge. In fact, a woman tries on an average of fifteen pairs of jeans before she pulls her perfect jeans over her hips. To make that search a little easier for you, I have put together a few tips so you can walk out of the store with a really good pair.

Stretchy

A classic denim can feel like a tight, stiff pair of pants that isn't super comfy. Fortunately, we encounter these kinds of pants less and less often. Spandex is the hero of the story. Not too much of course, but in combination with cotton, a couple of percent stretch makes a big difference and ensures that your jeans fit perfectly.

Zip it

In the fitting room, it might be a bit of a struggle, but always try to buy your jeans as tight as possible. If you can get the jeans on, the zipper closes, and you can walk in them comfortably? Then you've snagged the perfect jeans. The average jeans actually stretch out a size. And constantly pulling up your pants is anything but relaxing, right?

Back pockets

Do you have a pair of jeans with low back pockets in mind? Once on, there's a good chance it will give your butt a saggy effect. The pockets should sit higher and close together. The more your pockets are on the outside, the wider your butt looks.

Dark one

Dark colors are slimming. You know it, I know it. This rule also applies to your jeans. In fact, a light pair of jeans has the same effect as wearing white. Of course, we are proud of our curves, but white can easily make your hips look much wider than they actually are. And that's not everyone's intention. Also be careful with washes. Bleached spots that are just not well placed can make your legs unflattering.

V

Check the back of your jeans: below the waist, but just above the pockets, you will see a V-shaped seam. This seam ensures that your butt looks rounder and lifted. So pay close attention to the shape of this seam during your search for your perfect jeans.
