Carrots with hummus is indeed a bit boring, but not if you make a whole platter with colorful crudités (raw vegetables). Serve hummus or tapenade as a dip with it and it looks really festive.

It’s a bit of work, but I’m a big fan of summer rolls: spring rolls made from rice paper. Look
for a nice recipe. Trust me, you’ll steal the show with this. here Instead of snack nuts.
I absolutely hate them
but not anymore. 1 can of chickpeas.
You will need:
1 teaspoon of paprika powder
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Rinse the chickpeas in a colander and let them drain for a moment. Then drizzle them with olive oil and sprinkle some paprika powder and salt over them. Spread the peas out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and they will be crispy in 35 minutes. Let them cool down well and only eat them afterwards. When they are warm, they are not crispy enough.

Instead of chocolates
Choose dates with cream cheese and a walnut. Make sure to buy those delicious fresh large dates. Remove the pit and spread a bit of cream cheese in between. On top of that, a walnut. Here you go!
