Ha, I haven't written about the avocado in way too long, so it was time again. This is still my friend every day and there seriously isn't a day that goes by that I don't feel like having it. On a rice cake, straight from the hand, in a smoothie, or mixed into soup. It makes it nice and thick and creamy.
I'll update you on the reasons why this green fruit is incredibly good for you and why it really doesn't hurt to eat one every day.
- You need fats. You can get them from a container of fries at night, but you can also choose an avocado. It contains ’good fats“ that quickly give you a feeling of fullness, so you can never eat too much of it. In other words, they prevent another binge. And you won't feel guilty about it either.
