Look of the day
MAY-BRITT MOBACH
Recently, Jet and I made a video for Renault of our favorite spots in Amsterdam. You could also call it shopping on company time (just take a look), because we crammed everything into this hour. A quick chocolate stop at Van Avezaath, a juice at The Cold Pressed Juicery, and oh, since we're in the area, let's peek at Buise on Cornelis Schuytstraat.
They had a sale there. And this vest that looks Isabel Marant-ish but is from a completely unknown Spanish label. It suddenly appeared in the trunk of our Twingo. Very strange, yes. I bought the pants half a year ago in LA. Really, shopping abroad is the best. Because you buy things that they don't have here (although you could technically find a light denim here too…) and because every time you wear it, you have a memory.
The shoes, finally, are oldies. I bought them from my friend Rob Sintenie who has Players in Haarlem, one of the nicest clothing stores. The shoes are no longer for sale, but the designer, Tory Burch, has a lot of other things that you and I would be very happy with. So you know what you have to do…
