Simone and I go way back: when I was interning at Marie Claire, she was the regular fashion editor. Every day I secretly looked up when she strutted into the editorial office, with that feminine walk. As impeccably as she looks every freaking morning, man, it almost makes you miserable. And it's not just her clothing that stands out. Her sassy hairstyle and red lipstick are always ‘on fleek.’

Today, Simone opts for a lovely heel from Saint Laurent, of which I seriously wonder if they are available in my size... The three-quarter pants are from Theory and the jacket is from Marni. Sigh. Some women are just born with style.
