LOSING WEIGHT IS ACTUALLY VERY SIMPLE
Dear friend, once and for all I want to tell you: anyone can lose weight. This morning I had a moment with my colleague-friends and I realized that losing weight is indeed a big deal. That it really isn't so easy for everyone.
And I am really the biggest opponent of diets, pills, juice cleanses, and that kind of nonsense. Darlings, it doesn't work. And now I hear you thinking: yes, but you have it easy, girl. Well, not at all. Nothing comes easy, not even for me. I too have days when I'm tired, or two days, and I don't feel like exercising, running, or working up a sweat in any way. But I do it anyway. Even when it rains or when I haven't slept well the night before.
Weight loss is not mathematics. It's simply a matter of consuming less than you burn. Do you want to keep eating your cheese sandwich and your brownie with your latte? Then go move. Are you attached to your fries? Then go move. Do you love a glass of wine on the weekend, preferably with a slice of brie? Then go move.
And you certainly don't have to hang out in the gym for hours. Especially not if you don't enjoy it. Just find a sport that you do enjoy. Go for a nice walk or ride your bike. Go swimming laps in the pool or book an hour of power yoga. Only if you do something that makes you happy, will you stick with it in the long term.
