NO BLOATING-FEELING-VACATION

You're going on a trip. You've tried on your bikini a thousand times at home in front of the mirror to know what you can expect of yourself on the beach. And then you finally arrive at your destination, but you start the vacation with an incredibly bloated feeling. Bye-bye, confidence in your bikini. I'll spare you the details, but during my camping trip, I also had quite a bit of trouble with that, and those packed tight mini-vacation dresses suddenly weren't what I thought they were. I really felt like a total balloon, but after a few good actions and just a bit of rest (no panic), it went away. I'll tell you how and what.

– First of all, it's very important: no panic. You're not suddenly fat and swollen, especially you feel that. And... it will pass.

– Eat fiber, oatmeal, flaxseed, nuts, and lentils. Come on, give your digestion a boost.

– Eat little salt during your flight. Salt retains moisture.

– Walk back and forth every now and then, so don't just sit on your butt the whole flight.

– Drink a lot of water. No alcohol and no fizzy drinks. There goes your vacation kick-off drink.

– Or opt for green or peppermint tea. That helps to release gas. Excuse the expression.

– Massage your belly a bit. Make circular movements, your intestines will appreciate it, and such a massage gives you a quicker feeling of less fullness and a greater chance that you can ‘quickly’ go to the toilet.

Here you go!
