SPOTTING THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS IN THE WORLD?

Kid, pack your suitcase then.

The prettiest sunset I ever saw was in Egypt. Don't ask me what mountain I was on, but I do know that it almost brought tears to my eyes, it was so beautiful. Where on the rest of the globe can you see the most beautiful sunset? I looked it up for us.

1. Dubai

On the beach of Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, experts say you can admire the most beautiful sunsets in the world. With a view of the iconic Burj Al Arab Hotel, which is shaped like a sailboat, way too cool.

2. Malta

Get completely into the Mediterranean vibes when you see the sun go down in Mdina in Malta. Seriously: Everything. Is. Then. Pink.

3. Arizona

A good tip from a colleague Every: Monument Valley in Arizona, Utah. This is where all the Western films are actually filmed.

”Seriously: Everything. Is. Then. Pink.”

4. Scotland

Forget the tropics and go to Scotland, where you can enjoy the pink sunsets at Elgol Bay on the Isle of Skye, against a mountainous backdrop.

5. Sardinia

Sit back, relax, and enjoy the last rays of sunshine on your face at Mugoni beach in Sardinia. With all those fishing boats, it's a spectacle not to be missed. Mamma mia…

6. Rio de Janeiro

Sugar Loaf Mountain is the place to be for the most spectacular sunsets in Rio de Janeiro. And once the sun is down, the party city lights up completely.

”Once the sun is down, the party city lights up completely.”

7. Curaçao

Finally, one from my own hand. In Curaçao, I saw my great friend the sun tickling the sea at beach club Karakter (towards the west of the island). Tip: go there around half past six to experience the spectacle at its best. Raspberry Mojito in hand and enjoy the silence...

8. San Francisco

Book a table at a restaurant (with a view of the Golden Gate Bridge) in San

Francisco and see Mother Nature in all her beauty. With skyline.

9. Cochin

Keep your camera ready to see dolphins playing in the water during the sunset cruises in the Indian city of Cochin, Kerala.

”Go there around half past six to experience the spectacle at its best.”

And since I've only been to Curaçao and Egypt, I'm now going like crazy searching for plane tickets, because it's quite ridiculous that I haven't seen at least 5 of these places.
