YET ANOTHER PETER JAN & VIRGINIA UPDATE

I have written several times that I was done with the circus surrounding Peter Jan Rens and Virginia, but then there was always such world-shattering news (for example that they had broken up) that I couldn't help but write something about it again. And that is the case once more.

Because as you may know; I am friends with both of them on Facebook (something I am particularly proud of and satisfied with) and their posts over the past few months have been a kind of poetry. As mentioned: they broke up. Shock and horror. But call me a heartless bastard, that’s when the real party started.

Virginia made the news public by writing “after 4 years it has been enough.” Peter wrote a few hours later “stunned with pain in my heart about everything that has happened, I must and will ensure that Djelisa does not suffer from this.” After that, a lot of posts from PJ trying to market himself as an artist (“come all to the Babbelaar in Zeeland!”) and from Virginia trying to sell everything from scarves to dishwasher tablets (“new upcoming brand in the Netherlands!”). She is a trader, or something.

Anyway, on December 15, PJ comes with “Don’t forget to live! Sleep well” and Virginia writes: “Never lose yourself because of what others say about you.. You didn’t come to this world for nothing, draw strength from yourself with everything you have. Amen!” And for everyone who is going through a difficult Christmas, she comes a day later with “Never forget that the people around you also have a problem, you are not the only one!# try to be there for each other during the holidays of 2015.” And no, nobody knows what that hashtag is doing there.

But on December 29, Virginia tells that she has booked a vacation to Turkey, “an ultimate test to see if I can live without the Netherlands! #future #possibilities to explore.” And from that moment on, PJ starts shouting loudly about “I will do everything to win Virginia back, she is and remains the love of my life. I would never want to go back to Thailand where they cheated me, it’s scum and they are fortune seekers!” How nice.

But oh that poor Peter, because on December 30 she writes “January 11 to Marmaris to see what the possibilities are and to look at a house! #positive #future #goal in sight!” to which PJ posts an endless stream of photos of him and Djelisa. In between, he also tries to sell a “nail printer art pro nail with 3 large boxes full of nail tips of different sizes.” Logical.

When Virginia leaves to see if she can live in Marmaris, PJ characterizes that as “Virginia is going to recharge in Marmaris.” Meanwhile, Virginia is very active on Facebook, we see photos of her on terraces and in squares and on January 14 comes the message “decision made a big change in my life… on to the future!” And then PJ comes with a confused message that boils down to the fact that they always had this plan together, that he is aware of everything and “if necessary to support her and also for Djelisa, I will move there too.”.

So while she is trying to get as far away as possible, he sees it differently. “It’s only over when you let go of it yourself” he says about it on January 28, and she then says “keep the feeling that you are alive! Don’t let yourself be lived.” Meanwhile, she has found a house in Marmaris and is going to start a café where you can also eat bitterballen in the summer. Really.

Some balance boards and car rims are still being sold, and then suddenly last week came the message from PJ: “The decision is made that I will go to Turkey. Virginia has come up with something really fun to organize bachelorette trips. With all kinds of activities to Turkey! There is also something exciting in September but that still needs the chance to grow. We are going for it and never give up!”

And with Virginia, it’s quiet. At least, she is indeed looking for artists for her bachelorette trips and has put together a website, but no word about PJ. No reconciliation, nothing. Other media wrote this week that she might be pregnant again but I don’t believe that, after analyzing their posts. But you never know with these two. So the chapter was closed but I suspect I still can’t completely let them go. Get your breasts wet for more updates in the coming time. Nobody said it was going to be fun.
