1. Eau du Soir

A perfume is literally intangible, but has the power to bring you back to another place and another time in a second. I had the sweetest manager ever (yes, dear Harriet Calo, I'm talking about you) and as soon as winter walked in, she wore Eau du Soir by Sisley.

And burgundy nail polish by the way, with which she would then put a small line under a beautiful word she read. But that's beside the point. The nail polish and the scent were a clearer sign for me that it was winter than the early darkness or a snowman.

Just for this memory alone, Eau du Soir is always on my Christmas wish list. And because they always have a stunning limited edition bottle that you want to have on display all day, it's that beautiful. But the scent. Is sultry, feminine, mature, chic, stately, yet warm. I think it's the most mature and feminine scent that exists.

2. Soir d’Orient

This is the first perfume from Sisley that was launched in 1974. It had to be green and pure, just like the brand.
