Rose gold hair is the new trend

Just no inspiration? Scroll through Instagram and you'll know what to do. Often enough we see an ultimate cool beauty look on Instagram and then we are incredibly busy trying to achieve that ourselves. And when we Kendall see that lip kit, we want it right away. Or the new nail polish from Louboutin. Or the dark lip from Dior. Well then. The next hype has hit again; this spring we are all going for rose gold hair.

For a while, we had total gray. Then we moved on to pastel colors and people in the save-hair-zone went for the balayage or the dip-dye. In natural colors, that much is true. It can be a bit more exciting and innovative. A touch of pink is now added to your natural look. This updates your spring look. It makes it a bit more exciting, without you becoming a walking candy cane. It can be incredibly subtle and friendly.

The trend has already been set by early adopter Sienna Miller who dared to dye her hair in champagne pink back in 2013. Now Emma Roberts is the latest A-lister to follow the trend. And many more will surely follow, as Instagram is filling up with photos where you can spot a bit of pink in the hair.

You understand that it works best on lighter hair, because then you get the colors looking the best. Doesn't mean that you are a brunette doomed to fail, though. The result will just be a bit more subtle and lighter and actually, that's just very beautiful.
