the perfect couple: the rockstar and the model

Models and rockstars; the peanut butter to the jelly. For years these two professions seem to have some kind of magnetic link. Not entirely surprising, both lives consist of their fair share of glamour. And that’s precisely why it’s so damn interesting to follow.

Top models like Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell have spent years hopping from one cool singer to the next. And what about Heidi Klum and Seal? It’s still a shame the two of them couldn’t make it work. But anyway, apparently it is some type of infectious virus because even the hearts of the new generation top models start to flutter at the sight of a singer.

And that’s why I’ve made of list of the coolest model & rockstar couples we can currently admire.

1. Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid

Is there a better way to introduce your new girlfriend to the world than by having her star in your video clip? Nope. Point made.

2. Harry Styles and Kendall Jenner
Okay, so this couple might still be in a ‘are they or aren’t they phase’ but fact is, they have been spotted kissing on a yacht. “We’re just friends.” My ass the two of you are just friends. Friends with benefits, at least.

3. The Weekend and Bella Hadid
Yep, she’s following her big sisters footsteps. Bella and her guy outed their relationship at this years Grammy’s. Oh, and she starred in one of his videos too.

4. Lily Aldridge and Caleb Followill

The model and the Kings of Leon singer met each other back at Coachella in 2007, got married in 2011 and have an adorable baby daughter called Dixie Pearl. Perfection.

5. Behati Prinsloo and Adam Levine
The Maroon 5 singer and Victoria’s Secret model dated for about two years before getting hitched in 2014. Behati also starred in the Maroon 5’s video clip for their song ‘Animal’ off their last album.

6. Chrissy Teigen and John Legend

First of all, I am in love with this good looking couple. I completely get why she fell for him and vice versa. And Chrissy too got to star in one of her hubby’s videos: All of Me. Man, that song must have made John win a lot of brownie points. Maybe I should start dating a rocker too…
