1. Lie on a mat with your knees pulled up. Slowly lift your buttocks, keep your muscles tense, and hold that for five seconds. Slowly bring your buttocks back down and repeat.
2. Sit on the ground with your knees pulled up and your feet spread apart. Now press your knees together with your hands and try to spread your thighs against the resistance of your hands. Exhale while doing this and repeat.
