I hardly take a step outside and I don't take the stairs on the bike without earbuds in my ears. Somehow I always think I bike or run a lot slower when I don't have music in my ears. And I can always nicely set my thoughts aside or get lost in a fantasy world with a nice tune in my ears. Especially during a workout, I find music a must and preferably a bit of uplifting tunes.
The internet tells me there is a list of lists with the ultimate workout songs that will make you go harder than hard. So let that summer body come.
