WHAT TO DO THIS WEEKEND
My other half Theo is a bit too busy today arranging something with monkeys and something with whiskey. I know, a very unclear and crazy combo, but I promise to get back to it in detail on Monday because it's leuheuuuk. Promised. But well, you want to know: what the hell should I do this weekend? No worries, I know where you need to be.
Va la la la halla
A summery atmosphere in the middle of winter can be found in the RAI tomorrow. No, not a tropical party, I'm talking about the Valhalla festival, and when you think of festivals, you secretly think of summer, right? But anyways, want to dance? There are still tickets available!
Back to the school benches
Chef FavorFlav came up with another fun party. Want to let loose tonight, but have a brain freeze and no idea where to go? Head to the Red Light Radio 6 Year Anniversary at De School in Amsterdam. Dancing, flirting and all that jazz.
Looking at lights
Looking at lights can still be done in Amsterdam during the Light Festival. Or you can head to Utrecht and join an evening tour along the illuminated streets and canals of the city. You end your tour at the illuminated Michael Chapel with some hot chocolate and who knows; maybe you'll run into our own Kiek somewhere.
Ice*Village
Because ice skating just belongs with this weather. Tip: go a little later in the day when it's already dark, because it's so beautifully lit at the Rijksmuseum. I say: romáááántisch.
And after the weekend, of course, comes that Monday again. We start this week complaint-free because: #complaintfreemonday. So, train delay? Keep laughing. Flat tire? Keep laughing. Sh*tty weather? Godve-uhhh, keep laughing.
Tschüss.
