ARE YOU A LITTLE STRESSED?
Here's what you can do about it

Stress in your body. You've planned too much, your to-do list is too long, and you actually want to go to bed on time that evening because you've been tired for days. So you need to take a deep breath in and out first, otherwise, you'll go crazy. Stress is incredibly annoying, but it can also be alleviated by a small action. I'm not talking about the stress you have when you're up against a deadline for a big project, no, I'm talking about a little bit of stress because you've planned too much in a day. I'm here to help you out.
An unachievable to-do list, for example, can really make you panic. Think about which tasks you can move to another day and then DO NOT go to that gym class that you actually find so incredibly nice, because that will actually help you relax a bit. Think about what you enjoy and what helps you relax, and allow yourself the time to do that. Eating with friends, going to the sauna, going for a run, just watching a series on the couch, cooking extensively, I'm just naming a few. Take it seriously, cancel something, make space. I'll give you even more tips on how to get through a packed day in a relaxed way.
– If you know it's going to be a busy day, it's helpful to make a list the night before; that already creates some space.
– Make sure your house is tidy. If you wake up in a pigsty (that's what my bedroom often looks like), then it's already chaos in your head.
– Look, I don't know if you stand in front of your wardrobe for hours every morning, but you can also prepare some things the day before; that saves a lot of time.
– Put on your favorite music. I often put on headphones when I notice I'm feeling a bit restless.
– Lighting candles also helps me a lot to create space in my head; it makes me calm.
– It's also important not to have too many 'musts'. When I have to do a lot, I'd rather crawl back under the covers. It's much more fun when you want to do something. Keep that in mind.
– It sounds a bit weird, but hug someone for a moment. Seriously, it helps take away the stress.
– Move, move, move. I can say it a thousand times: exercising relaxes your mind.
– Forgive yourself if something on your list didn't get done. Being kind to yourself is the most important thing.
– Ask for a hug; it helps!
