YOUR NAILS CLEAN IN ONE GO

WITHOUT FLAKING FUSS

May-Britt won the Beautiful Hands Award from OPI last week and that means the bar for well-painted nails here at the editorial office is set a little higher. So yes, from now on I will neatly paint a fresh color every Sunday evening and will never again walk into the editorial office with chipped polish. Now that last point is a bit tricky because with some removers you have to scrub so incredibly hard that you might as well grab a scouring pad. That doesn't seem quite right to me. Nail polish removers come in all shapes, sizes, and scents, but the most important thing is to pay attention to the amount of acetone in it. Preferably none at all, because acetone causes drying of the nails and they can even start to discolor a bit. Believe me, you don't want this permanent color. Furthermore, it's also quite important to choose a remover that removes your nail polish in one swipe, without you having to fuss and twist to get anything off. And a good remover contains a bit of aloe vera, vitamin E, or almond oil that also cares for the nails.
