WITHOUT PHONE TO BED
I'm just going to try it. Starting today, I will put my iPhone in the living room at night and use my supersonic alarm clock. It happens so often (okay, every night) that I spend an hour unnecessarily scrolling on my phone in bed, and it's also the first thing I do when I wake up. There are so many stimuli that make me restless and keep me up late. But even in the morning, because I immediately check my emails, Instagram, and Facebook, I don't get up completely relaxed. This means that my workday starts every day at 7 AM in my bed. Unhealthy, therefore.
That's why I set the alarm on my nightstand and only reach for my phone after I've gotten up calmly. Bring on those stimuli!
You will hear from me again next Monday.
