3x juice boxes

Last weekend I was asked by a family member how he could easily meet his daily vegetable target. And there is actually one easy way to do that. Sneak vegetables into your juices or smoothies. Of course, that's easier said than done. Because it would be nice if that mixture is also a bit drinkable. Celebrate spring with these fresh juices. They are good for your wallet and taste incredibly delicious. You can make these juices fastest in a slow juicer, but a blender works too. Just add some extra (coconut) water, otherwise it will be a thick and coarse affair.

1. Salad in a glass

– 2 large handfuls of lamb's lettuce

– 1/2 apple

– 5 stalks of celery

A little refresher, this.

2. Orange on top

– 1 large carrot or a handful of scraped baby carrots

– 1 cm fresh ginger sliced without skin

– 1/2 lime

Deliciously sweet and spicy to give yourself a boost.

3. Heartbeet

– 1 (cooked) beet

– piece of cucumber

– handful of fresh pineapple pieces

Fresh, sweet, and very good for your heartbeat.
