3x smoothies onderweg
Good morning Mrs. Smoes, shall we start again? Skipped breakfast? We said we wouldn't do that anymore, remember? If your account has been emptied like mine by December, then The Cold Pressed Juicery is temporarily off-limits. Just fill your basket with vegetables and fruit and let your blender run. It's never too late to pick up those resolutions again. Three delicious and nutritious smoothies for a good start to your day.
Protein machine
– 200 ml plant-based milk
– 1 frozen banana
– Handful of nuts (almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews)
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 4 tbsp oat flakes

Spicy pear smoothie
– 1 ripe pear
– 200 ml almond milk
– 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
Go green
– 100 grams spinach
– half an avocado
– 125 grams blueberries
– 200 ml coconut/rice milk
Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix until you get a smooth smoothie.
