(for 2 servings, I put 1 container in the fridge and bake that the next day)
- 60 grams of oats
- 40 grams of spelt flour
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 200 ml unsweetened almond milk (or another plant-based milk)
1. Preheat the Airfryer to 180 degrees.
2. Mash the banana and mix it well with the oats, flour, cinnamon, syrup, and milk.
3. Cut the apple into cubes and toss them with the cinnamon.
4. Add the fruit.
5. Grease two oven dishes with some butter and divide the mixture over the containers.
6. Place one container in the fridge and bake the other for 10 minutes until done.
