Breakfast with ice cream and Crunchy Breakfast Cereals

As you all know, friends, I find breakfast the best moment of the day, and I prefer it when I have been awake for a while and have the time. In my kitchen cupboard, there is always a jar of homemade granola that I secretly snack on all day because I find it so delicious. Only I realized last weekend that I haven't put a baking sheet in the oven for weeks. How is that possible? The blame lies with Bolletje. Since they came out with new Crispy Breakfast Cereals with significantly less sugar, I have become lazy and reach for one of the three incredibly tasty cereals. Today I'm having ice cream for breakfast. I mean: why not? This breakfast is a party to start or end the day with... I top my ice cream with plenty of cinnamon and Bolletje Breakfast Cereals Hazelnuts & Almonds.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 3 frozen ripe bananas, cut into pieces
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp almond paste
  • Handful of Bolletje Breakfast Cereals Hazelnuts & Almonds
  1. Take the bananas out of the freezer and put them in a blender.
  2. Mix briefly and then add the almond paste, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are combined. Don't do this too long, or your ice cream will melt.
  4. Divide the ice cream between two bowls.
  5. Top with Bolletje Breakfast Cereals and some extra cinnamon.
