Gin-mayo

Good morning, ladies. Okay, I'll keep it short. Short but powerful. Because I have something nice for you, and maybe it's still a bit too early for this delight, but hey, then you have all the time to stock up. For about a week now, an intensely hip tube has been waiting on one of our crack-white desks in the editorial office. The rightful owner is the mayo queen of the editorial team: our Rens. And the tube in question contains not just any ordinary mayo but GIN-mayo. But… for real?

How phenomenal is that combination then? It's not new, but it's delicious. Josh Selter is the mayo hero, co-owner of one of the tastiest restaurants in Amsterdam, namely Mossel & Gin. He came up with the cocktail sauce a couple of years ago and now the mayo is a real hit. A base of the one and only Zaanse mayonnaise mixed with ketchup and a touch of the tastiest gin on earth: Bobby’s. Rens says we can just keep spreading with the greasy stuff, because it's not that intense bad at all. Are you, like us, a sucker for mayo? Then make sure to reserve a little chair at Mossel & Gin. For just €1.95 you can take an extra tube home. Josh, when will there be a bulk package?
