They say you should have friends with a boat. Or friends with a plane, although I find that a bit exaggerated. But what about a girlfriend with her own vineyard? And her own wine? That also bears her name. Fleur. In almost every hospitality venue, I find myself flashing and showing off again. Chest out, chin up. “Just so you know, that's a friend of mine.” If that's not sexy enough, her vineyard borders that of Brad Pitt. But mostly, it's delicious. The wine, you know, the wine. And beautiful. Same, same.
