Rattan love

The danger of our work is being able to borrow items for, for example, a photoshoot or event and then never wanting to give them back. It won't surprise you that borrowing from our friends at OU. Boutique once again led to a purchase. May bought about this entire look, and I, I was in love with the rattan bag. I asked May to check the adoption options to embrace this cutie as soon as possible, but until then I left her neatly wrapped in the office. I did peek occasionally to see how she was doing and wished her a nice weekend at the end of the week.

A nice weekend, during which my rattan bag somewhat lonely stayed behind in the Pilotenstraat and I raced towards Haarlem where three favorite girls live (well, three... actually four). Anyways, your editor transformed herself into a babysitter for three. You understand: that was a party. Not only for the girls with extra candies, lots of cuddling with Nola and a Harry Potter marathon ’until very very late’, but certainly also for me. Enjoying those same candies but especially the sweetest stories and hugs from the girls, I spent my Saturday night super cozy. Sometimes that's exactly what you need, right? At least I do. Just love. And the girls agreed with me. Because not long after, six sweet little arms stretched out a gift for me. From us, okay, and from mom (yes, the fourth girl). And yes, there she was, the rattan bag. Anything but lonely and secretly just all evening, just like us enchanted by Harry and our Hubba Bubba gum roll. And so my new bag suddenly became the sweetest gift in a long time.
