Hello short day
First of all, let go of the balloons, because it's winter. Good news, because that means spring is on the way and before you know it, you'll be lying on the beach in a bikini. Whether your body is ready or not, that's a problem for later care.
With winter comes the shortest day of the year. I just texted in the editorial app if someone could please turn on the light outside in the morning, it was so dark. Today is the darkest of the dark. That's right, because not only does the number of hours of light decrease, but also the strength of daylight. You just absorb a little less vitamin D. The time between sunrise and sunset is roughly 7 hours and 45 minutes, which is 9 hours less than on the longest day. Hallelujah. No wonder we all get through the day a bit grumbling and gloomy. By the way, that's not the only reason, because today is also said to be the least happy day of the year. So say the astrologers, so it must be true of course.
It's possible that you quickly fall into the winter blues, but don't panic: this is what you should do when that winter dip hits. I wish you all a lot of strength and wisdom today. And just have an extra early drink and light the candles. We do that too.
