Hooray: doughnuts are healthy
Oliebollen with raisins, without raisins, waffles, apple fritters or rather a flap? The clock has yet to strike twelve and we have already had them. But which party snack can you best grab from the platter this weekend?
Hip hip hooray for the oliebol. Because that fried ball actually doesn't do much harm at all. In fact, they are healthier than we think. Okay, the balls get a bath of oil which makes the fat percentage sky high, but the snack contains less unhealthy saturated fat than a brown sandwich with low-fat cheese. Just a matter of asking your love to go to the oliebollenkraam your way.
