IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANY PLAIN WHITE T-SHIRTS. SHIT IS REAL

Hip hip hooray, the Gucci belt with cat-like head is finally in my divine possession. Never before have I been so happy with a belt. I say: woman woman woman, what a lovely thing! It really lifts me up. There is just a tiny little problem and that is that the belt is a bit difficult to combine.
Yes.
Of course many readers (fans indeed) will now flip out. How is the belt difficult to combine? How so really? Such a great chic rattling expensive belt? Difficult to combine? How come, bitch? Well, here's the thing: the belt turns out to be quite intense by nature, and it looks best when the rest of the outfit is nice and easy. Think: a simple pair of jeans, cool shoes, and just a nice white shirt. Nothing more, nothing less. However, I actually don't have any white shirts. Never had any either. Of course, I do have a few simple blue jeans in my closet, but otherwise, I only buy stuff with hanger appeal. And you can say a lot about white shirts (that they are white for example) but they do NOT have hanger appeal. NOT.
But now the time has come to draw some hard conclusions. If even the divine Gucci belt starts to suffer from the lack of white T-shirts, well, then it's enough! Then the cookie is crumbled! Then I finally need to invest in a white T-shirt or three.
The good news is that I'm not going to wait. No. I just did extensive research and put shirts from the following labels in my shopping cart. Now just need to pay. I say: make sure to take advantage of it yourself too.

Filippa K is quality when it comes to white T-shirts (and more). Personally, I find this simple basic off-white with a round neck quite okay (yes, sorry, I'm not suddenly going to pretend that I buy those things for the fun of it).

COS can certainly be there; I often buy something nice, so why not also grab a white shirt? That's not so difficult, is it?

Topman is surprisingly funny in this list – according to our in-house fashion guru Lilian, you should never underestimate men's T-shirts. They often have a lovely fit and give just a bit more air and swing to an outfit than a shaped women's version.

Elke also mentioned the white T-shirts from American Vintage that still look pristine after countless washes and feel great. We need to have them!
